All G&W welders receive comprehensive training and certifications starting with AWS D1.1 and D1.3 structural codes. Some progress to earn advanced qualifications, including MIL-STD-3040 for combat vehicle welding.
We actively support the next generation of welders through partnerships with six local trade schools. Our team:
• Serves on technical advisory committees
• Donates steel for student practice
• Hosts shop tours and classroom presentations
• Trains instructors to G&W GMAW standards
